About Bikoukko
Seen as a detective of sorts with bright red hair and green eyes. Loves treats. Head of the Shino Clan working as a spy and serves under the Feudal Lord of Narrogi. She was sent by the Feudal Lord to tail Haruka and gain information from him. After a discussion with Haruka, who has surmised that the Feudal Lord of Narrogi was up to something, she starts to lean towards Haruka, later changing sides.
