About Kugaha
Kugaha is shown to be helpful and caring at first. He was one of Bishamon's former Shinki who conspired against her. He worked under the guise of a doctor while attempting to poison first her Regalia and ultimately, her. Upon being discovered, he was exiled and stripped of his name.
