About Shuuya Meguro
Captain of the Guard. Always wears sunglasses. Childhood friends with Taguchi Masaru, they rose through the ranks of delinquents together starting in middle school, getting transferred out of 13 different schools until the 14th school, where Tanzawa Atsushi and Abe Kaname ruled. Protects and worries for Taguchi, even now. Is one of a very few people that are friends with Taguchi, and understands him deeply.
