About Touka
The Pontiff is the head of the Spire Church and ruler of Termi, the Holy Capital. He rallies and manages the Branch-hexed, including Luca. His goal is to protect their Spire, defeat the Erin Empire, and kill a Branch-hexed named The Garland.
